Shipping Policy

Finished pens and DIY Boxes are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order placement. Custom and bulk orders may require 7–14 business days depending on complexity and quantity. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers & Rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the product page for current promotions.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand internationally in the future — follow us on Instagram @jaliluxcollectionllc for updates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, Jali Vi Luxe LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
