Do you offer custom pens?

Yes! You can request a custom themed pen through our Custom Orders page. Tell us your colors, occasion, and any personalization details and we'll create something just for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Finished pens typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 7–14 business days depending on complexity. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is the Weekly Special?

What's included in a DIY Box?

Each DIY Box includes pre-selected beads, charms, a pen blank, and step-by-step instructions. The Starter Box is perfect for beginners; the Deluxe Box includes more variety; the Create & Sell Box is designed for those who want to start a small business.

Do I need any experience to use a DIY Box?

No experience needed! Our boxes come with clear, beginner-friendly instructions. If you get stuck, reach out to us on Instagram or via our contact form.

Can I sell the pens I make from a DIY Box?

Yes! The Create & Sell Business Starter Box is specifically designed for that purpose. It includes enough supplies to make multiple pens plus guidance on pricing and selling your creations.

How much do classes cost?

$20 per person. This includes your first mini starter kit so you leave with a finished pen you made yourself.

How do I sign up for a class?

Fill out the interest form on our Classes page. We'll reach out with available dates and confirm your spot. Classes fill up fast — register early!

What is the Pen Bar?

The Pen Bar is our signature event service. We set up a beautiful station at your event where guests can watch pens being made, choose their styles, and leave with a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Starting at $150. Perfect for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and more.

How far in advance should I book the Pen Bar?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays. For large events (50+ guests) please book 4–6 weeks ahead.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we cannot guarantee changes. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has started.
